Emily & Brad rented the Wish Upon a Star event home in Corolla for a week and kicked off the vacation with their wedding on that Monday! The oceanfront house is rented via Carolina Designs and located in the Whalehead neighborhood of Corolla on the Northern Outer Banks.
The ladies headed a few minutes up the road to the Lovie’s Salon for their wedding hair, while makeup was being done at the house by freelance artist Lauren Whipple.
The ceremony took place on the beach out front of the home, where I Do OBX provided the chairs & arch while a friend of the family officiated.
Back poolside at the house for the reception, the rentals for tables, chairs, etc were all via Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals. Black Pelican catered a delicious buffet and afterwards also offered a dessert bar spread to go alongside the wedding cake by Icing on the Cakes.
Matt Cooper of Outer Banks Music Masters was the DJ for the festivities.
