Jessica & David’s Kill Devil Hills Event Home Wedding | Kill Devil Hills Wedding Planner

Some days on the Outer Banks are truly just perfect and Jessica & David’s Kill Devil Hills wedding day was one of those! Beautiful blue skies during the day, followed by the most incredible evening of golden light & pastel sunset skies – it was breathtaking! Their event home wedding was at a Kill Devil Hills event home – the Caribbean Paradise via Twiddy & Co! This house is perfect for small to medium size groups – I would say 75 guests and below is perfect!

Jessica & her ladies got ready in the house and had the Lovie’s Salon crew onsite to do their hair & makeup and they all looked flawless! I loved their mismatched dresses in shades of pale blue! The amazing bouquets by Flower Girls OBX – filled with lush greens, purples and more really complimented the dress colors! Flower Girls also did the ceremony arch on the beach. The remainder of the decor was provided by the bride and I took care of the setup! They also had Renee Landry Events install bistro lights across the backyard & pool space to add that perfect ambiance. Rentals, including tables, chairs & linens were all from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals.

Basnight’s Lone Cedar Cafe catered the delicious buffet of filet, seafood pasta & more! The impressive naked cake was from Great Cakes! A friend of the couple DJ’ed the evening and they danced on the sun deck overlooking the pool & the beach – it doesn’t get any better than that!

I’m so grateful that the Ryan & Rach duo was on-hand to capture this gorgeous day! See some of my favorite photos below!

Jessica & David also opted to do a Sunrise session on the beach with Ryan & Rach and if you were ever on the fence about doing one yourself – DO IT! Just look at these photos!!!
