Annie & Mike brought their crew from NYC and hosted an epic beach week and wedding in Duck! They rented The Drake house via Brindley Beach Vacations for the week and also used it as the reception location.
The ladies spent the day at Lovie’s Salon in Corolla (now moved to Duck!) where they got ready before the ceremony just down the road at the Currituck Lighthouse! The grounds of the lighthouse are so beautiful on their own and Renee Landry Events enhanced that with a ground level “arch” that wouldn’t take away the view of the lighthouse itself. One of my all-time faves!
After the ceremony, the OBX Trolley took the wedding party to the Whalehead Club grounds for some photos and then down to the reception in Duck!
Dinner was served by Currituck BBQ with a full southern spread. The rentals including the tent for dinner was via Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals. DJ Bruce hosted a killer dance party poolside and guests enjoyed the tunes, drinks, and of course Duck Donuts!
