Village Beach Club Wedding | Ally & Adam | Nags Head Wedding

Being a part of Ally & Adam’s wedding at Village Beach Club in Nags Head felt sort of like a homecoming because I worked there for a couple of years! It’s always fun to work at a venue that you have history with and see how it’s grown!

Mazza Hair Designs did the hair & makeup for Ally & her ladies. After getting ready at nearby beach houses, OBX Bride Ride shuttled everyone  to Village Beach Club where Ally & Adam had their ceremony on the beach. I Do OBX Weddings setup the chairs & arch and Tony Joseph officiated.

Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Dancing were all on the expansive pool decks. Village Beach Club has a location that can’t be beat in Nags Head and oceanfront views from all around so we took advantage of that and kept the party outside! I Do OBX strung bistro lights across the dinner & dancing areas for added ambiance.

Village Beach Club provides all of the tables & chairs in their rental and also takes care of the catering & bartending! For the decor, we added loose greenery from Harris Teeter to accent lanterns and pieces of driftwood. We added pops of color with navy & teal napkins and the bride & groom’s sweetheart table.

Ally & Adam cut a small cutting tier cake from Harris Teeter and then guests enjoyed Duck Donuts as their sweet treat. They also got to enjoy the Mirror Me Photo Booth by Kitty Hawk Kites!

Jeremy Russell played acoustic for ceremony & cocktail hour and then switched over to the DJ table for the rest of the reception and the outdoor dance party. We rented a lounge set from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals for guests to take a break from the dance floor if they needed, but the couple’s dog Tebow was the one who appreciated it the most 🙂 Oh and keep scrolling to see my obsession with both their dogs, Kaley & Tebow! I could share a whole blog post on just them!
