Heidi & Ian chose to celebrate their wedding with family & friends at the Pine Island Lodge in Corolla, NC! Their wedding was the quintessential “beach wedding” with bright colors & flowers, a laid back atmosphere and just enough beachy touches.
All of the ladies got ready in the house’s amazing bridal suite and had hair & makeup down by Lovie’s Salon.
Rev. Jay Bowman officiated their ceremony on the top deck of the event home overlooking the ocean. The ceremony chairs & arch were via I Do OBX Weddings (previously I Do OBX Chairs). The altar flowers, as well as all of the reception decor & flowers were by Renee Landry Events.
One of the great things about the Pine Island Lodge is that it comes with amazing farm tables & chairs that seat about 80! But for weddings larger than that you do need to rent a few extras and these were from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals. Basnight’s Lone Cedar Cafe catered and bartender for the reception and the wedding cake was by Just Desserts.
The dance party was a blast thanks to DJ Bruce and the party definitely lasted well beyond the vendors’ end time!
