Sound to Sea Beach Club Wedding | Johnna & Scott | Corolla Wedding

Sound to Sea Beach Club  via Twiddy & Co. is a great oceanfront event home in Corolla that has a large yard that can be tented AND the Outer Banks’ first lazy river pool 🙂 Johnna & Scott chose this house to enjoy an amazing vacation with family & friends and then get married on the Friday of their vacation week!

The house has a large master suite perfect for ladies getting ready and an adjacent living space if you need extra room! Johnna’s sister in law Amilee Smith actually did the hair dos for the ladies while Glimmer did the makeup! Keeping with the family affair, Johnna’s sister was the officiant for their ceremony on the beach and the Mother of the Groom baked the wedding cake!

One of the coolest parts of this wedding? At the end of the ceremony they did a butterfly release and one butterfly landed on Johnna and stuck with her as she recessed down the aisle and awhile after..someone was definitely making sure they were with her on that day!

The reception was under a gorgeous clear top tent at the house. That tent and all of the other rentals were from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals! The decor was mostly DIY but the beautiful bouquets and florals were from Honeysuckle Events.

Andrew of the Coastal DJ crew was our DJ for the evening and Sandtrap Tavern catered the buffet style dinner. After a great celebration, this crowd wanted to keep the party going so they exited the wedding and jumped on the waiting Corolla Trolley and headed up to the after party at Uncle Ike’s!

Matt Lusk Photography caught the day for us, so enjoy some of that below!
