Jennette’s Pier Wedding | Lauren & Matt | Nags Head Wedding

Lauren & Matt are high school sweethearts and they chose Jennette’s Pier for their wedding! They got ready at nearby beach houses where Glimmer did hair and makeup before they came over to the pier!

The ceremony was on the pier itself which is such a cool option if you want the ocean view but are worried about anyone walking through sand! The ceremony chairs were rented and setup by Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals and a friend of the couple officiated. The beautiful arch decor was by Honeysuckle Events and the same sea glass & pampas boho style was carried into the reception with the centerpieces and the sweetheart table setup! Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals was also used for the dance floor rental. Cafe Lachine caterered the dinner and also provided the delicious dessert spread!

The music for both ceremony & reception was via Matt Cooper of Outer Banks Music Masters. One of my very favorite dance floor moments happened at this wedding! The wedding was held on Father’s Day so to honor her Dad, Lauren had photos of the two of them printed poster size that the bridesmaids secretly held up around the dance floor during the Father Daughter dance! I’m literally getting chills as I write this because it was just the sweetest moment when her Dad looked around and saw the photos!

Lauren’s cousin Kory is a professional photographer who owns Twist Photography in Maryland and was able to photography Lauren & Matt’s wedding! See some of my faves below!
