Jennette’s Pier Wedding | Courtney & Jeremy | Nags Head Wedding

Courtney & Jeremy chose Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head for their wedding affair but though it’s possibly the closest to the ocean & beach you can get, the wedding we planned stayed far away from any beachy elements! Instead, we opted for a black, white & gold modern style and it’s honestly one of my faves! There’s just something about black!

Everyone got ready offsite with hair & makeup being done for the girls by Glimmer Salon and then were shuttled to the pier for the festivities. The ceremony took place on the pier deck itself, officiated by a friend. Honeysuckle Events provided us a super modern copper pipe arch for the altar area which kept everything simple! Ceremony chairs as well as a few reception rentals were from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals. The flowers for the ladies as well as the centerpieces at the reception were also Honeysuckle and we kept to neutral white & greens to pop against the blacks! We added in a few extra details that really completed the look like marble chargers, gold flatware & custom hand-lettered acrylic hexagon name cards that Heart of Harlow did for us!

The buffet dinner was catered by Black Pelican and post-dinner guests were treated to Duck Donuts. DJ Bruce was the DJ and he kept the party going to the very end!

Enjoy the overload of photos from Ryan & Rach below – it was just too hard to narrow it down! Also proof that a cloudy day doesn’t mean you won’t still have amazing photos!
