Black Stallion Wedding | Chrissy & Colin | Corolla Wedding

Oh, Black Stallion – I love that you offer so many options for weddings in terms of both layout and style! Chrissy & Colin opted for a very classic, romantic and even a little bit formal style! I love that Colin opted for a white dinner jacket and Chrissy stunned in her dress by Miss Hayley Paige!

The ladies got dolled up by the Salty Hair crew in the bridal suite then everyone headed to the live oak trees of The Currituck Club golf course for the bride & groom’s First Look and wedding party photos!

The ceremony was in the backyard of the event house, where family friend Robert officiated.

The blush draped arch with greenery by Bells & Whistles looked straight from a viral Pinterest pin – it was so beautiful! Bells & Whistles also did all of the gold & green reception decor around the poolside and of course the wedding party flowers! The rentals were all from Ocean Atlantic Event Rentals.

The cocktail hour & dinner were catered by Outer Banks Brewing Station. Chrissy & Colin chose to have Patty Bakes create a trio of smaller cakes for guests to enjoy instead of one large cake. The detailed sugar flowers were incredible and the bride & groom cut the cake in the middle of the pool for that extra drama!

After the cake cutting, the party moved inside for the dance party with music from DJ Bruce.

Matt Lusk Photography took photos of the day as it unfolded and Hearts Home Films caught it on video! See below for some of my faves from the day!
